The Office of Inspector General (OIG) issues an annual report on the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission top management challenges to provide a forward-looking assessment for the coming fiscal year to aid EEOC in focusing attention on the most serious management and performance issues facing the Agency. As required by the Reports Consolidation Act of 2000 (P.L. 106-531) and the Office of Management and Budget's (OMB) Circular A-136, the OIG's reports identify these management challenges as well as assess the Department's progress in addressing challenges identified in the previous year.
The OIG's Top Management Challenges reports are also included in the Agency's Annual Financial Report.
